The farm has about 90,000 m2 of land, so pure nature is what surrounds this stone house. The porch is an idyllic and peaceful corner where you can have an early breakfast before going to the pool. It is deprived of chlorine and measures 9 x 4 m and 1.1 to 1.8 m deep. Around, there are 8 hammocks for sunbathing. And, what's more, after a delicious barbecue, the upper terrace invites you to have a glass of wine or read something in absolute tranquility. Inside, a cozy room welcomes you, although the true jewel is the large living-dining room, located in a type of old cellar lined with sea stone. Here you can watch TV-SAT, listen to music, read or eat together. After some stairs you access the kitchen, with a gas stove, a table with chairs and much more. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. They have 4 bedrooms, three with a closet. One with a double bed is on this floor and the rest, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, are on the first floor and have air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms with shower in the house, one downstairs and two upstairs. 1 crib and 1 high chair available. The house has oil central heating. The farm is located in a rural area between Son Servera and ArtÃ. From here you can easily reach many charming places such as the Levante Natural Park, the Pula Golf golf course (4.3 km away) or beautiful beaches such as Cala Millor (9.8 km away), among many others. In Artí you will be able to get to know the deepest Mallorca with its most deeply rooted traditions. Tuesdays are market day and the town comes alive with life. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
